Slayman
Slayman is a speaker, trainer, facilitator, coach, and clinical psychologist.
His key focus is on enabling people to feel happier, more productive, more connected, and more successful.
The biggest problem Slayman sees is that people are either:
- Burning out,
- Feeling unfulfilled, or
- Disconnected from others and from what truly matters in their life.
Slayman’s purpose is to enable teamsand leaders to:
- Get to know themselves and others better,
- Learn skills and strategies to break through mental and emotional blockers, and
- Transform their lives and the lives of those around them positively, adaptively and sustainably.
Slayman was born in a civil war and migrated to Australia as a teenager. After being expelled from 3 high schools, he joined the Australian army as an Infantry Soldier and completed his officer training at the Royal Military College in Duntroon. He then completed his post-graduate studies in Psychology and Management in Adelaide and Canberra.
These studies, combined with his experience in executive leadership roles and senior management consulting roles, enable him to see strengths in people, analyse issues, and share valuable insights and strategies with people to enable:
- Calmness under pressure,
- Effective decision-making,
- Peak performance,
- Courageously authentic conversations,
- Emotional intelligence skills,
- Trust and psychological safety,
- Authentic leadership capabilities, and
- High-performing and collaborative cultures.
The differences Slayman brings to the table are his scientifically-based strategies, warm and wise approaches, holistic modalities, and empowering stories.
