Coaching Program Outline

Slayman’s clients are empowered to find their strengths and overcome self-limiting beliefs and behaviours. With practical tools and guidance, clients learn to:

  • Clarify what’s most important to them
  • Read and sense their own mindset and emotional cues,
  • Find the space between reaction and response,
  • Enhance their impact by being congruent with their values and purpose,
  • Adapt the learning and wisdom of previous successes to ensure continued success in this stage of their life, and
  • Reconnect with their authentic self and with others more deeply

Program Format

Slayman will work with you at a deep and self expressed level, booking fortnightly sessions over a 12 week period. All sessions are held online.

Included in the coaching program are self awareness assessments, psychometrics and strategic planning processes, followed by tailored and focused conversations that enable you to stay at your growth edge and gain momentum and traction on your goals and key emotional, psychological, behavioural and embodied patterns.

Slayman will recommend articles, journals, videos, listening material, self report measures and practical habits to help guide your work and your journey.

You will be expertly guided through the most suitable content and processes for your own goals, personality, purpose, consciousness and values, with all approaches leveraged from evidence-based models and frameworks. Slayman has extensive training and certifications in Leadership Coaching, Growth Edge Coaching, ACT Therapy, Mindfulness based CBT, Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Coaching, Sports and Performance Psychology, Positive Psychology and Clinical Psychology.
